Putting a New Face on Things

Sometimes, you can't change reality. Project is late, customer is unhappy, dog ate your homework -- whatever the cause or symptom, for some reason you're stuck with it. It's times like these that you need to change your perception. Look at McDonalds, it's not like they can stop flipping burgers and suddenly go in the sushi business, but they can certainly get some spiffy new uniforms designed by fashion's best. And hey, if you got spiffy uniforms, you got a whole new outlook on life.
