Today Only: Shutlecraft For Sale

| | Comments (1)

I don't want to do a "what's on E-bay" blog, but this got my attention. Today only, a Star Trek shuttlecraft. I wonder if it comes with a set of phasers?

...The donors on this vehicle were 3 1993 Ford Aerostars and it is mechanically in excellent condition. The air conditioning still works well. The brakes work fine as does the transmission. The back hatch opens up and has hydraulics which help it open. It must be closed by hand. I have removed one of the automatic door lock closing units and it can be hooked up to a push button on the dash to open the back hatch automatically (but you still have to close it by hand)...

I guess the warp drive and transporter are definitely not working, huh. But at least if we get attacked by men dressed up like bigfoot, we can get Scotty to electrify the hull to keep 'em off -- looks like a lot of conductive sheet metal there.

On the low-end of the spectrum, I realized that a lot of people have problems logging into Facebook, of all things. So I created a micro-site to help folks learn how to log-in correctly, and to share various funny pictures and such that folks might like to share with their friends. It's called (appropriately enough) facebook login help
