Got a call from a potential customer this afternoon, asking if the MAT covers ISO 9001 in manufacturing environments. For those of you who have never been in a start-up environment, when the customer calls, the answer is always "heck yes!"
In this case, we met with the customer, who was interested in surveying a large group of industries on ISO compliance. Well, since the tool is fully configurable this was simply a matter of adding in the ISO process information. Hey -- how hard can it be?
Customer said, "sounds great!" can you have something for me in an hour?
"heck yes!"
Will it cover the full ISO 9001? Will it sing, dance, walk and chew gum at the same time?
"heck yes!"
Now I only need a time-dilation device, and I'm all set.
I love this job.
