Speaking Engagements

I've got a couple of speaking engagements coming up:

RTP RUG. The Research Triangle Park Rational User's Group.

NoVA RUG. The Northern Virginia Rational User's Group.

Whassup with all the rugs? The Rational Unified Process is sort of a recipe book for building software projects. I've got a lot of experience using it and training it, so I'm able to talk to the folks about what works and what doesn't. The RUP is a great thing, but have you ever tried to get 400 people to change the way they work everyday? Have you ever tried to get 400 people to change anything? It's not an easy thing to do. I'd like to learn how things are going for them and what they think their challenges are. And of course I hope to have something useful to share with them too. So maybe we help each other out.
