Been thinking a lot about weight loss surgery over the past week. My weight has gotten really out of control and I’m starting to believe that yo-yo dieting, over the long haul, is actually worse than not dieting at all.

Right now I think I’m going to wait until just after January if I decide to do it. Until then, I think I’m going to start adding foods to my diet instead of subtracting: things like protein shakes and veggies. See if that can at least stop the slide.
I’m not much on obsessing on my looks, but there comes a time that you have to realize things are out of control. This is that time.If you've read this far and you're interested in Agile, you should take my No-frills Agile Tune-up Email Course, and follow me on Twitter.
